A former Federal Public Defender in Miami, Florida, and Federal Clerk in the U.S. District Court for Puerto Rico, Arturo Menendez brings success to his clients through a system of strategic and aggressive litigation. With experience defending individuals charged with crimes ranging from threats to a Social Security Officer, to money laundering, to drug charges and gun charges, Arturo Menendez has fought against both federal and state prosecutors, and knows what it takes to reach a successful outcome for his clients.

Mr. Menéndez is a proud member of the Board of Directors of the Latina/o Bar Association of Washington where he serves on the Judicial Evaluation Committee and volunteers at the monthly free legal clinic at El Centro La Raza.
